This summer promises to be a line up of exciting performance opportunities, both as an actress and a playwright. So if you're interested in coming out to see me, be sure to bookmark this page and get your tickets as soon as they go on sale.
In JUNE I will be acting in the play, "Occasionally Nothing" by the brilliant Natalie Menna, directed by the resourceful and savvy Ivette Dumeng, founder of Nylon Fusion as a part of the Planet Connections Festivity. If you ever wanted to hear me speak like a hard core Brit ex-pat, you'll want to see this. I am looking forward to a great time rehearsing and mounting this production, as well as a strong likelihood of speaking in Mancunian dialect non stop until halfway through July. Tickets go on sale May 24th.
Then keep your eyes peeled for my next production which will go up this AUGUST. Yesterday marked the first production meeting for The Shelter's Threshold Series. I have been developing my play, "The Other Kids Ran Away" through The Shelter's Sunday workshops for the past few years, and am excited to be working with the talented and skilled director, Kat Yen on this workshop performance with live action actors and a set and lighting to boot. Keep in touch as we settle on performance dates.
