![]() If you haven't had a chance to get your tickets to The Shelter's production of Ghost Light, you can do so here. The show will be running for 2 weekends, February 20-March 3 and it's a fantastic display of talented writers, directors and performers in a night of theater told by the shine of the solitary ghost light. The ghost light is a standard in theaters everywhere, left on, even when the theater is empty for safety? Luck? Superstition? Speculation abounds to the true source of this tradition and these plays bask in that glow. I am acting in a piece entitled, On With the Show, written by Michael Sean McGuiness, directed by Olivia Killingsworth with my co-actors Aubrey Ball and Loren Dunn. It is short but chilling and I look forward to grabbing you...umm...after the show.

2 shows coming up! This week at the Gene Frankel Theater The Shelter Presents:
F**ing Christmas Dec. 9th-13th at 8pm with 7 original ten minute plays and stocking stuffers. A monologue I wrote will be featured and played artfully by the talented Miss Natalya Krimgold. ![]() I recently acted in film student Kate Marks' short The Diary Thief. It was a fun day in Central park and I met this amazing stilt walker, Jessica Weinstein. I would now like to move to Ghana and learn to walk on stilts. Kate is returning to California Institute of the Arts to continue her MFA but will be missed! Look for me in Radiotheater's production of Lovecraft at the Kraine Theatre in late October/early November. Radiotheater is a radio style play. The performers are lit on stage as we read the play with sound effects from the stories. Last year Radiotheater performed ongoing installments of Edgar Allen Poe's stories. This year the stories will all come from H.P. Lovecraft. Perfect to get you into the fall season. Get in touch with your dark side and come out to see. In the meantime, I am busily writing for the Shelter, my play, Oh, the Heartless! will be produced by Blue Box Productions inSticky! this fall, and I may be acquiring a monthly late night show to put up burlesque and events. Keep checking in for dates and show times and send me your e-mail if you would like e-mail shouts. ![]() This means that we will be performing it again this Tuesday, August 17th at 9pm at the Theater at St Clement's. 423 W. 46th St between 9th and 10th Ave in NYC Come see it and cast your vote so we can make it to finals! And thanks to everyone that came to see us last night- it was great to see you! Go to www.therianttheatre.com for tickets and updates. |
